These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and luck50 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://luck50.cam ("the Website"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the luck50 platform, including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in games and sports betting markets, access to promotional offers, and any communications with the platform's support team.

- "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless specifically stated otherwise.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet or other non-cash incentive awarded to a User, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account actions, including first withdrawals, may be processed.
- "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event or other market available on the platform.

To register and maintain an Account on luck50, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license terms, whichever is greater.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities and automated agents may not register accounts.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not have a current self-exclusion in place, either through luck50 or through any responsible gambling register to which the platform subscribes.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. luck50 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the required minimum age will be closed immediately without notice. Any funds deposited by an underage user may be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus credits, pending full verification, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the luck50 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or using shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luck50 will never solicit your password through any communication channel. luck50 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Additional proof of address documentation and source of funds verification may be required for higher-value accounts in compliance with AML obligations. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.
By using the luck50 platform you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use of the platform without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the platform, access game results in advance of other users, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems. All wagering activity must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.
luck50 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform — including specific games, sports markets, payment methods or promotional features — at any time and without prior notice, where operationally or legally required to do so. Changes to payment methods available in the cashier, including the availability of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah integrations, are subject to the platform's current operational capabilities and are not guaranteed to remain available at any given time.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's current cashier configuration. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering checks prior to processing. Withdrawals will typically be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the third-party provider's own processing schedules. luck50 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the cashier supports this configuration. All PKR amounts referenced in these Terms and in the platform's promotional materials are illustrative and subject to the operator's current published rate and configuration. Currency conversion fees may apply where the platform processes transactions in a base currency other than PKR.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
- All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified per promotion.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except where a specific promotion explicitly provides for a cash equivalent.
- luck50 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any promotion at any time, including where fraudulent activity, multi-accounting or bonus abuse is suspected.

All bets placed on luck50 sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football, UFC, and other live and pre-match markets — are subject to the platform's specific sports betting rules. A bet is not confirmed until the platform has acknowledged acceptance and the wager amount has been deducted from the User's Account Balance. luck50 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, feed malfunctions or pricing anomalies — luck50 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the original stake to the User's Account. This applies equally to pre-match and in-play markets.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled or suspended before the relevant bet settlement condition has been reached, the wager will be voided and the original stake returned to the User's Account, unless specific rules for the relevant sport or market indicate otherwise.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Opening more than one Account on the platform under any name or identity.
- Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools or other non-human mechanisms to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or collusion with other players.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including bonus abuse, through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Providing false identity documents during KYC verification or at any other time.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
luck50 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; AML concerns; match integrity issues; regulatory instruction; or discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms attributable to the User, luck50 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to report the matter and associated funds to the relevant authorities without further obligation to the User.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closing, users are advised to withdraw any available Balance. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable operational timeframe.
luck50 is committed to responsible gambling and requires all users to approach gambling as a form of entertainment. Gambling should never be treated as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing personal financial difficulties.
- Users may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits at any time through account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as specified by the operator.
- Users may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the Account will be restricted from wagering activity for the agreed period.
- Any User who self-excludes must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any means. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- The platform may use reality check tools to notify users of their session duration and spending at regular intervals. Users are encouraged to make active use of these tools.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the operator's applicable regulatory framework.
